In face yoga we primary use our muscles and our hands. We often use some objects that are made for other uses : spoons, straws, pencils, soft balls etc. There are also traditional beauty tools like roller, gua sha made by jade, rose quartz etc.
Face Yoga can be exercised everywhere: During a work break, in front of a PC or TV screen, while driving, walking, cooking etc. What we have to do, is to know how to do the exercises correctly, meaning having tried them before in front of a mirror, in order to respect the particularities of our face.
